When To Visit
Chobe National Park can be visited at any time of the year. The most recommended time to visit is however the dry season months of April through October.
The number of visitors significantly increased from July and the park could feel a little too 'touristy' for you. The temperatures also keep increasing and it can feel very hot around October.

As a popular tourist destination, getting to Chobe National Park is quite easy. There are several local and regional flights to connect you directly to Chobe.
There are flights from neighbouring countries such as South Africa, Namibia, and Zambia among others - which makes it an easy addition to a multi-country safari in Southern Africa.
You can also use the road network that similarly connects to the various parts of the country as well as neighbouring countries. Depending on where your road trip to Chobe starts, a good 4WD car is a recommended option.
