Nyanga National Park is located in the north of Zimbabwe's Eastern Highlands. The park contains Zimbabwe's highest lands and is popular for its spectacular and vast scenery.

In Nyanga National Park, there are many reconstructed traditional structures that were used back in the days of the slave trade. The park has many rivers and incredible waterfalls which make it a very scenic destination for hiking and birdwatching.

Getting There

Nyanga is located 260 kilometres east of Harare - Zimbabwe's capital city. The drive from Harare to Nyanga National Park will take 3 to 4 hours.

The park is often visited as part of a bigger tour of Zimbabwe's Eastern Highlands. It can either be the starting or the finishing point.
